SEGULA Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a Software Platform Engineer to help build and evolve our Internal Developer Platform (IDP). You will bridge application development and cloud infrastructure, empowering product teams to ship and scale software safely.

You will design self-service tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and golden paths, implement IaC, manage Kubernetes clusters, and lead cost awareness and security within delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain self-service developer tools, APIs, and portals to abstract infrastructure complexity for product engineering teams.
• Create gold en paths with standardized frameworks and templates to enable autonomous service delivery.
• Automate environment provisioning and deployment workflows to reduce cognitive load on developers.
• Design, provision, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Manage and scale production-grade Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration ecosystems.
• Drive infrastructure cost optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for microservice architectures.
• Integrate automated security scanning into the delivery pipeline.
• Establish standardized observability tooling and collaborate on SLOs/SLIs.
