Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a quality-focused professional in San Luis Potosí to join our industrial engineering team. You will support plant quality readiness, ensure alignment with customer requirements (PPAP, deviations), and drive continuous improvement through CPk studies and product audits on final assembly lines.

You will bring an Industrial/Mechanical engineering degree, knowledge of IATF 16949, core tools, and the ability to manage risk, environmental

Qualifications

Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering degree is required.
Knowledge of Core Tools and IATF 16949 standards is expected.
Familiarity with hazard identification, risk assessment, and environmental aspects/impacts.

Responsibilities

Quality Management System administration and accountability.
Represent customer requirements internally and ensure alignment and compliance (PPAP, deviations, etc.).
Define and communicate quality objectives, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with established targets.
Ensure plant quality readiness is achieved by the Program Team.
Analyze Cpk studies.
Conduct and follow up on PQA and PSR audit actions.
Perform product audits on final assembly lines.
