You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, Legal, Security, Engineering, and Operations to ensure governance and compliance, analyze market trends, monitor KPIs, and drive savings across indirect categories.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategic sourcing for indirect categories.

• Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect categories and corporate services, developing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes and supplier negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize spending.
• Manage supplier relationships and develop continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Legal, Security, Engineering, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and purchasing processes.
• Analyze market trends, supply risks, and commercial terms.
• Monitor purchasing KPIs, savings, contracts, and supplier compliance.
• Support internal and external audits related to purchasing processes.
• Lead and present sourcing projects and strategies to the Regional Purchasing Committee.
• Automate recurring purchases through framework agreements, catalogs, and purchasing tools.
• Negotiate, formalize, and administer commercial contracts.
