Sonoco in Monterrey invites a seasoned Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our site in Monterrey, Mexico. This role focuses on safety, budget management, capital expenditures, and maintenance excellence, while fostering strong relationships with the workforce and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a four-year degree in sciences or engineering and at least 10 years of relevant leadership experience, with proven abilities in problem solving and execution.

• Four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of practical and relevant experience.
• Experience in problem solving, quick execution, and team leadership.

If Hartsville.... This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in beautiful Hartsville, SC and close to exciting destinations (Myrtle Beach, SC Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC). If hard to fill location, include local selling points if relocation anticipated.
