Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee manufacturing engineering and maintenance in our plant. You will develop strategies to optimize equipment reliability and collaborate with production to align maintenance with schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance/engineering in manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency with maintenance software and tools.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent.
5+ years of maintenance management or engineering experience in manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with maintenance management software and engineering tools.
Experience in assembly, electrical test, material handling and LOTO.

Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing engineering and maintenance in a plant environment.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize efficiency and reliability.
Supervise the maintenance team and ensure safety and effectiveness of tasks.
Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules and engineering teams.
Manage budgets and resources to meet financial and operational targets.
Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
Ensure compliance with quality, EHS, ISO and other management systems.
