Johnson Controls is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Manager to oversee manufacturing engineering and maintenance in a plant setting. Lead a team, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure alignment with production goals to maximize uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance management or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of maintenance processes and engineering principles.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and engineering tools relevant to plant operations.
• Experience in Assembly, electrical test, material handling and LOTO.
