Job summary
Johnson Controls is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting. You will develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies to ensure equipment availability and reliability, supporting safety, quality, and production goals.
Responsibilities include driving RCAs for critical failures, monitoring OEE, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or related Engineering field.
- Experience as a leader or personal management.
- 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Technical knowledge to resolve electrical, electronic and CNC faults.
- Technical knowledge to resolve mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and support to maintenance personnel, ensuring effective troubleshooting and implementation of reliability improvements.
- Monitor, plan and execute predictive maintenance of equipment on the JC platform.
- Monitor and execute OEE of critical equipment.
- Comply with ISO 9000 QMS, ASME, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Develop and optimize preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance plans.
