Johnson Controls in Mexico seeks a Maintenance Planner to manage maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient operation of equipment and facilities.

You will collaborate with technicians and vendors to prioritize work orders, optimize CMMS use, and uphold safety and compliance across sites.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in maintenance planning, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

What will you do?

As a Maintenance Planner, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure the efficient running of equipment and facilities. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize maintenance processes and improve productivity while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

How will you do it?

• Develop and manage the maintenance schedule for all equipment and facility systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to prioritize work orders and manage backlog.
• Analyze equipment failures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking, scheduling, and reporting maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to maintenance procedures and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for parts procurement and service scheduling.
