Job summary

Leggett Dynamics in Mexico is seeking a Branch/Plant Controller to lead the financial planning cycle for our automotive operations. You will oversee revenue, material costs, headcount, plant expenses, and working capital while ensuring accuracy and compliance across the plant.

You will drive cost competitiveness, manage full accounting and finance processes for a set of branches, lead the financial close and audits, and coach the local accounting team to deliver timely, reliable reporting to

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Professional designation CMA/CPA; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance/accounting in industrial manufacturing in Mexico with at least 5 years managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning cycle for revenue, materials, headcount, plant expenses and working capital.
• Increase cost competitiveness and branch/plant performance.
• Leads the full scope of accounting and finance processes for a branch or collection of branches.
• Lead financial close and reconciliations with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure local statutory reporting and tax compliance and support audits.
• Primary liaison with Corporate Accounting for reporting needs.
• Lead, develop and coach the local accounting and finance team.
