Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. in Saltillo, Mexico, seeks a Finance Leader for the plant to own financial planning, reporting, and internal controls.

You will partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to translate objectives into plans, challenge assumptions, and drive corrective actions across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, working capital, and SOX controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with manufacturing experience.
• 6+ years in finance with manufacturing focus.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variances.
• SOX compliance, internal controls, and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant finance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Own P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Analyze variances and drive corrective actions with owners.
• Oversee working capital, inventory, and cost accounting.
