Versigent is seeking a Finance/Accounting leader to manage all site accounting functions, budgeting, and forecasting. The role includes administering plant controllers, ensuring GAAP and internal controls, and advising leadership on financial strategy.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in automotive manufacturing finance, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and advanced English. CPA preferred. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and SOX knowledge highly valued.

Formación

• 3+ years accounting/finance experience in automotive manufacturing environment; strong analytical skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of financial and accounting functions for the site
• Administer plant controllers and be accountable for the site under responsibility
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
• Oversee accounting/reporting and GAAP compliance
• Advise management on financial/budgetary needs and set goals with plant/corporate leadership
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance are maintained
• Support career development and performance reviews for direct reports
