Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a seasoned Finance Controller to lead the site’s financial processes and deliverables. You will ensure accurate reporting of site results, adherence to corporate policies, and risk reduction while driving profitability.

Responsibilities include optimizing the site’s forecast, reviewing general ledger and financial statements, and building a high-performing team through mentoring and succession planning. Strong GAAP, costing, and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
8–10+ years of experience in the field; management experience required.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, costing methods, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Drive site financial performance, identify risks, and maintain transparency.
Lead forecasting, analyze performance vs. expectations, and drive improvements.
Review general ledger and financial statements; ensure internal controls.
Align site and sector strategy with financial goals; support attainment.
Develop a high-performing team with feedback, mentoring and succession planning.
