Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The role is hybrid and based in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. You will partner with Plant Managers to analyze cost development and support budgeting and decision-making.

Maintain standard costing templates, forecast monthly variances, and drive cost efficiency with plant leadership. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cost analysis in manufacturing and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in cost analysis or financial planning in manufacturing.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with standard costing and ERP systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Managers, providing cost and performance insights.
• Analyse product cost development, unit cost trends and productivity metrics.
• Coordinate annual budgeting at the plant level focusing on cost and capacity.
• Maintain standard costing templates and governance of data.
• Lead monthly production cost variance forecasting with plant leadership.
