Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is seeking a Global Business Services PCA Subject Matter Expert (SME). The role focuses on manufacturing finance, inventory valuation, and product costing across diverse sites including Mexico.

You will drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement within PCA and related systems. As the PCA SME, you will partner with Operations Finance, Plant Controllers, and IT to implement best practices,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Plant Controlling, Cost Analysis, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional expert for Plant Cost Analysis and inventory valuation.
• Provide costing methodologies, material ledger, standard vs actual costing, variance reporting.
• Support workshops, design sessions, testing and solution validation.
• Advise on best practices for costing, inventory accounting, and financial controls.
• Act as go-to resource for resolving complex costing issues.
