Grupo CreeSer in Mexico seeks a Plant Controller to act as the key finance business partner to the Plant Manager and leadership team. You will drive financial transparency, cost competitiveness, and profitable growth across the plant in a Maquiladora setting.

The role owns month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis while supporting operational decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. Leadership of the local finance team and strong governance are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in plant or operations controlling.
• SAP experience required; Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Act as trusted finance partner to plant leadership and support operational decision-making.
• Translate operational KPIs into financial impact and drive actions to improve profitability, productivity, inventory performance, and cash generation.
• Support business cases, investments, and cost improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Own month-end closing, reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the plant which is part of Maquiladora legal entity.
• Actively participate in SQDC meetings with plant team and drive ownership culture to meet financial targets.
• Lead cost controlling activities including product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, cost center controlling, and profitability analysis.
• Identify risks and opportunities, define corrective actions, and monitor execution with operations leadership.
• Ensure timely and transparent reporting of financial and operational performance indicators.
