Job summary

Grupo CreeSer Consultores is seeking a Plant Controller to serve as the finance business partner to the Plant Manager and leadership team. The role drives financial transparency, operational performance, and cost competitiveness while supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.

The incumbent will own month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, and will lead governance and controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliant reporting. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in plant controlling, operations controlling, or manufacturing finance.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing and operations leadership in a matrix organization.
• SAP experience required; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted finance partner to plant leadership and support operational decision-making.
• Own month-end closing, reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the plant which is part of Maquiladora legal entity.
• Lead cost controlling activities including product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, cost center controlling, and profitability analysis.
• Identify risks and opportunities, define corrective actions, and monitor execution together with operations leadership.
• Ensure timely and transparent reporting of financial and operational performance indicators.
