Johnson Controls is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to assess plant performance, identify gaps, and implement plans aligning with JCBS. You will coach staff and leaders, drive Kaizens and workshops, and ensure achievement of transformational projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functions to balance efficiency with customer-focused improvements, delivering measurable annual goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in Continuous Improvement and 5+ years as frontline operations leader.
• English advanced (conversational) required.
• Experience in assembly processes.
• Certifications from a reputable lean-leading company exist and are desirable.

Aufgaben

• Assess current state performance, identify gaps, visualize and plan to reach future state; monitor progress.
• Coach plant staff and front-line leaders in JCBS and process ownership.
• Collaborate to drive Kaizen events, Lean workshops and continuous improvement projects.
• Deliver the plant annual goals and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Adhere to the company Code of Conduct and Safety standards.
