Job summary

Eaton is seeking a CI Manager to lead the Eaton Continuous Improvement System deployment across the plant. You will mentor teams in Lean and Six Sigma, drive improvements in margins, delivery, safety and process variation, and support corporate initiatives.

Required are 5+ years in manufacturing with Lean/Six Sigma, plus strong data analysis skills and experience with PROLaunch, Minitab, and MS Office. Bachelors in engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with Lean and Six Sigma.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with PROLaunch or similar phase‑gate tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Minitab and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of analytical tools and statistical methods (IATF16949 a plus).
• Analytical and statistical software aptitude; teamwork and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECIS deployment, training and mentoring at plant level.
• Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma strategies and tools.
• Drive cost reduction, on-time delivery and safety improvements.
• Lead manufacturing process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Build organizational capability by hiring and developing CI leaders.
