Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement and 5 years as frontline leader.
• Certification from a reputable Lean leading company.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence across levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assess current state performance and identify gaps in operations.
• Develop Future State vision and drive implementation plans.
• Coach plant staff and leaders in JCBS principles and methods.
• Collaborate with leadership to build a CI Roadmap and secure resources.
