Tacna Services seeks a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive process optimization across production, information delivery, and distribution. You will lead CI initiatives, coordinate projects, and partner with leadership to align with business goals.

The role requires deep CI expertise, strong collaboration across functions, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Expect global interaction and a focus on productivity improvements.

Formación

• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives across multiple functions.
• Strong ability to communicate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with KAIZEN, 8D/DMAIC/5W, and 5S+1 systems.
• Proven track record in improving productivity and process efficiency.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining CI dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Challenge teams to enhance process performance.
• Coordinate CI projects and report progress on CI goals.
• Support CI roadmap and communicate issues affecting CI plans.
• Guide CI teams with organization strategies to improve processes.
• Interact with leaders globally to align CI initiatives.
