• Collaborate with Regional Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, and HQ Planning teams to ensure effective production, wholesale and retail planning.
• Assist in monthly quota planning, ordering management, forecasting and sales volume tracking across LATAM.
• Support supply chain optimization initiatives to improve product availability and ordering efficiency.
• Contribute to volume and contribution margin steering through data analysis and reporting.

As a Planning & Ordering Trainee you will support the commercial success of BMW Motorrad across Mexico, Argentina, and the LATAM importer network by contributing to vehicle planning, ordering, volume steering and supply chain optimization activities. Working closely with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, Production Planning and regional market teams, you will leverage analytical tools and market insights to maximize sales potential, contribution margin, dealer profitability, and customer satisfaction while supporting the digital transformation of planning and ordering processes across the region.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, and Headquarters Planning teams to ensure effective production, wholesale and retail planning.
• Assist in monthly quota planning, ordering management, forecasting and sales volume tracking across the LATAM region.
• Support supply chain optimization initiatives to improve product availability, ordering efficiency, and market responsiveness.
• Contribute to volume, turnover cost of retail and contribution margin steering through data analysis and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and digitalization within planning and ordering operations.
• Support dealer and importer performance monitoring while contributing to customer satisfaction and retail excellence objectives.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI; experience with Python, automation, forecasting, or process optimization is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of balancing operational execution with business objectives.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
