Job summary

Qualifications

• Analyze, maintain, and improve automated Excel tools, including macros, pivot tables, and analytical models, ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial information.
• Identify, investigate and resolve inconsistencies within financial databases and accounting records to ensure high-quality reporting.
• Support the validation of system interfaces and control files to guarantee the consistency and accuracy of information used for internal and external reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardize accounting and reporting processes through digital tools and advanced Excel capabilities.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macro programming, automation, data analysis and reporting development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information clearly to different stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and commitment to data quality and process compliance.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach and interest in automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
