Flex is seeking a Master Scheduler in Guadalajara, North Site, to drive daily production schedules and ensure on-time, cost-efficient deliveries for SpinCo. You will coordinate with material, program, and production teams, leveraging MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel to optimize capacity and equipment utilization.

Ideal candidates hold a BS degree in Administration or electronics/mechatronics, possess advanced English, and demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and pressure-handling

• BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of production floor planning; creates and monitors production plans on the floor.
• Strong knowledge in MRP/ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Schedule availability, ability to work under pressure, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create daily production schedules.
• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Optimize CTB utilization.
• Coordinate between Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
• Collaborate with production staff on accountability and productivity.
• Plan efficient transitions from raw materials to final goods.
• Work with operations on capacity and equipment utilization.
• Provide ERP and systems support to Materials teams.

Job Summary

Summary: Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end‑to‑end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Site. The Master Scheduler role involves responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on‑time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like

• Create daily production schedules
• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization
• Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management
• Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
• Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime
• Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials
• Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
• Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues
• Provide training to staff members as required
• Report key metrics as required

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.
• Advanced experience in the position
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of production floor planning. Creates the production plan. Monitoring the production plan on the production floor
• Strong knowledge in MRP.
• Advanced Excel.
