Flex is seeking a Master Scheduler in Guadalajara, North Site, to drive daily production schedules and ensure on-time, cost-efficient deliveries for SpinCo. You will coordinate with material, program, and production teams, leveraging MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel to optimize capacity and equipment utilization.

Summary: Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end‑to‑end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Site. The Master Scheduler role involves responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on‑time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.
