Flex is seeking a Planner Scheduler for its Guadalajara, Mexico location to support production planning and materials management. You will oversee staffing, inventory levels, and assembly operations, ensuring quality and cost goals across a shift or group of lines.

The role requires BA/BS or equivalent, advanced Excel skills, and advanced English proficiency. You will collaborate with multiple departments and sites to optimize production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staffing and inventory levels for the shift.
• Oversee assembly operations to meet KOI targets.
• Supervise production staff on work methods and quality checks.
• Coordinate with other departments and Flex sites to drive excellence.
• Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain qualified staff.
