• Manage complete procurement cycle from requisitions to final payment.
• Analyze SAP demand requirements and generate purchase orders.

• Monitor supply chain metrics and report on OTD, open orders, and MRBR.
• Support ECN/NPI implementation and report nonconforming products.

• Manage the complete procurement cycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, order follow-up, receipt of goods, and final payment processing.


• Analyze SAP demand requirements and generate purchase orders based on current and future demand.


• Execute SAP system messages related to pull-ins, push-outs, shortages, and order cancellations.


• Review demand forecasts and waterfall analysis to identify future demand fluctuations and trends.


• Maintain uninterrupted flow of materials and services to support production requirements.


• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, delivery terms, warranties, and service agreements.


• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance.


• Drive inventory reduction initiatives while ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) commitments are met.


• Support cost reduction efforts related to freight, tooling, and material purchases.


• Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics, including: Inventory levels Customer OTD Supplier OTD / Open Orders Performance MRBR (Blocked Invoice Reports)


• Support ECN (Engineering Change Notices) and NPI (New Product Introduction) implementation activities.


• Report any nonconforming or suspected nonconforming products according to quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.


• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar Buyer Planner, Purchasing, or Supply Chain role.


• Strong experience in: Purchasing and sourcing, Supplier management and negotiations, Inventory management, Demand planning, ERP systems


• Advanced knowledge of SAP.


• Bilingual: English and Spanish (80% English proficiency minimum).
