Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a performance media buyer to drive growth across Meta ads for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will run paid media and think like a marketer, building testing roadmaps, guiding creative strategy, and communicating with clients to scale what works.

Qualifications

• You have hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands with Meta ads.
• You can show results from real spend (CPA, ROAS, revenue).
• Bonus: you've built or operated your own Shopify store or ecommerce brand.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta
• Build creative testing roadmaps and write briefs for editors
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client
• Diagnose the full funnel to identify issues in creative, offer, or conversion
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients
• Work with UGC creators: source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed
