Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, seeks an HR Shared Services Representative to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization. You will be the primary contact for policies, benefits, onboarding, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and privacy compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 2 years of experience, with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Practical understanding of HR laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft 365
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive problem-solving and independent work

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and onboarding.
• Process HR transactions with accuracy, including onboarding, status changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records with data integrity and privacy compliance.
• Assist in benefits administration and enrollment support.
• Prepare HR documentation, coordinate meetings, and track action items.
• Collaborate with HR to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Provide reports and analytics to HR management to aid decision making.
