Xylem is seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure reliable, secure technology solutions for employees worldwide. You will handle technical support, service requests, device management, and collaboration with IT teams to enhance services and productivity.

Required: bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 2+ years in IT support; strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential. Preference for certifications; global collaboration and cross-functional projects are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a computing-related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with end-user focus.
• 2+ years in IT support, service desk, desktop support, or IT service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT service requests and incidents from reporting to resolution.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade end-user devices and apps.
• Document assets, service records, and knowledge for compliance and improvement.
