Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support, service desk, desktop support, or IT service delivery.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and connectivity issues while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Manage IT service requests and incidents through resolution, ensuring timely response and adherence to service expectations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade end-user devices, applications, and related technology equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to support projects, resolve complex issues, and implement service improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventories, and service records to support operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Analyze service trends and user feedback to identify opportunities that improve service quality, efficiency, and user experience.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL Foundation, or similar industry certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments, hybrid workforces, or global organizations - manufacturing industry highly preferred.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools, IT ticketing systems. asset management systems, and endpoint management technologies.
