Xylem is a global leader in water technology and seeks an HR Shared Services Representative to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization. You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and central to onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration while ensuring data integrity and privacy.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with at least 2 years of experience, knowledge of HR laws, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft 365.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Practical understanding of HR laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Experience with HRIS system and Microsoft 365.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage benefits information and educated employees.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Process a variety of HR transactions with precision, including onboarding, status changes, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, helping employees understand their options and facilitating the enrollment process.
• Support HR initiatives by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating meetings, and following up on action items.
• Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
• Provide reports and analytics to HR management, aiding in the decision-making process and the evaluation of HR services.
