Clara is a fast-growing LATAM fintech empowering businesses with payments and B2B platform tools. We seek a People Partner Expert to lead talent strategy for Global Engineering and Data teams, acting as a bridge between business goals and people success across our region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Partner/HRBP or Talent Acquisition for Engineering and Data.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced tech environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience managing full recruitment cycle for Engineering and Data roles.
• Strong HR metrics interpretation to drive organizational health.
• Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Interest or experience with AI tools to automate workflows.
• Adaptability to change and effective execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent needs with Engineering leadership and develop integrated attraction and retention solutions.
• Manage full recruitment and selection process from profile definition to final offer.
• Provide consultative support to managers and leaders with best practices and metrics.
• Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies to attract local talent.
• Manage HR performance indicators and People Analytics via BambooHR and other tools.
• Participate in organizational development projects to improve employee experience.
• Stay updated on regional market trends to innovate talent attraction and internal HR operations.
