Clara, the leading B2B fintech for spend management in Latin America, is seeking a Data Scientist to build, integrate and maintain machine learning models, collaborating with data engineers and business teams to drive strategic decisions.

You'll analyze data, create informative visualizations, and ensure data availability while working with AWS, Databricks, SQL, Python, and Git in a fast-paced, distributed team across the Americas.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Git.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with AWS and Databricks.
• Understanding of data science best practices.
• Ability to say 'I don't know' and willingness to research and find solutions.

We are looking for someone who will:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
  Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Corporate Bill Pay and Spend Management:Familiarity with corporate bill pay, credit card, and spend management products.
• Data Visualization Tools:Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, QuickSight, and Databricks.
• Programming Skills:Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and modeling.
• A/B Testing and Experimentation:Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to drive product decisions.
• Regulatory Compliance:Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial sector, especially those relevant to Latin America.

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home.
