Job summary

Essity is seeking a People Experience Specialist to support employee experience and labor relations within a manufacturing setting. You will partner with leaders, employees, and employee representatives to promote compliant, effective HR practices and a positive workplace culture.

This role requires an HR professional with strong labor relations expertise who can balance operational execution with employee engagement, organizational development, and data-driven decision making across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or psychology.
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing with labor relations exposure.
• Knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, HR metrics, and data analysis.
• Proficient in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support labor relations activities with employee representatives and agreements.
• Guide disciplinary processes, investigations and performance actions.
• Coordinate labor compliance activities and audits.
• Advise managers on lifecycle processes and workforce matters.
• Monitor HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.
