Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a People Data Analyst to support HR operations for the U.S. employee base. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, time management, and reporting while ensuring adherence to policies and laws.

You will be the primary contact for U.S. employees, manage requests via ServiceNow, perform regular audits, and drive improvements in collaboration with the People Technology team and cross-functional partners.

Formación

• Knowledge of core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance).
• Advanced level of English (Mandatory).
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Data analysis and auditing capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Execute key operational activities related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, time management, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. employees on HR-related matters.
• Manage employee requests through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (policies, payroll, benefits, and general inquiries).
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Support People Team COEs through centralized management of cyclical activities.
• Collaborate with the People Technology team on user testing and data validation.
• Provide cross-functional support to data, employee leave teams, and assist in internal investigations when required.
