Zoom is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage employee data and HR transactions with precision and confidentiality. This fully remote role supports US-based employees and, with a hybrid approach, ensures data accuracy and efficient employee support across the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in HR operations, data management, and/or administrative support, proficient in Workday and ServiceNow, and fluent in English to communicate effectively with global teams.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, data management, or administrative support roles.
• US-based employee support experience is required; EMEA experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English for effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process employee information in HR systems with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support onboarding, status changes, and lifecycle transactions.
• Coordinate system access and troubleshoot basic issues, escalating as needed.
• Create and update process documentation for HR operational procedures.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries using established guidelines.
