LEMAN is seeking a People & Culture Operations Specialist in Mexico City to create structured processes, support colleagues, and ensure a great employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with local and global teams to ensure smooth, compliant People operations, handling recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, payroll-related support, and culture initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in People & Culture/HR Operations.
• Solid understanding of Mexican labor law and compliance requirements.
• Confident supporting managers and employees across the lifecycle.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Advising managers and employees on People & Culture policies and practices.
• Ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation and internal standards.
• Supporting compensation, benefits, payroll-related activities, and people reporting.
• Maintaining employee data and documentation.
• Contributing to employee engagement, development, and culture initiatives.

People are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a People & Culture Operations Specialist who enjoys creating structure, supporting colleagues, and ensuring a great employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

As our local People & Culture specialist in Mexico, you'll work closely with employees, managers, and our global People & Culture team. You'll help ensure that our People processes run smoothly, compliantly, and with a strong focus on supporting our business and our people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
• Advising managers and employees on People & Culture policies and practices
• Ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation and internal standards
• Supporting compensation, benefits, payroll-related activities, and people reporting
• Maintaining employee data and documentation
• Contributing to employee engagement, development, and culture initiatives

What we're looking for

You're someone who enjoys working with both people and processes and takes pride in creating structure and delivering great support.

Ideally, You

• Have experience within People & Culture/HR Operations, or a similar role
• Have a solid understanding of Mexican labor law and compliance requirements
• Are confident supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle
• Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English

Experience from an international organization is an advantage.

Knowledge of U.S. employment law and people practices is highly valued, as you'll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across North America.
