MAHLE Mexico invites a Payroll Supervisor to consolidate payroll operations across the MAHLE Mexico Group, ensuring correct payments and withholding of taxes and social security, and to drive improvements in the SAP system.

Located in Ramos Arizpe, MX, the role includes validating, posting payments, testing payroll changes, and maintaining compliance with LFT, IMSS, ISR and STPS, while collaborating with benefits and HR teams.

Formación

• 3+ years in a similar payroll/HR position.
• Knowledge of payroll, HR administration and audits.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) or another ERP HR/payroll module.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Legal requirements compliance experience (LFT, IMSS, ISR, STPS).

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate, validate, control and close payroll calculations.
• Authorize payments and release payroll.
• Review and release payments for MAHLE Mexico group.
• Request changes in pay scales and benefits per union contracts.
• Test SAP payroll changes before production release.
• Analyze and generate tax and social security reports (IMSS/INFONAVIT/SAT).
• Support payroll project activities.
• Coordinate with benefits to ensure correct bank transfers.
• Monitor and ensure payroll processes compliance.

Your Contribution:

As a Payroll Supervisor you will be consolidating the operation and control of payroll in the companies of the MAHLE Mexico Group, reviewing and validating the correct payment for our employees, as well as the correct withholding of taxes and social security contributions, in addition to generating improvements to the SAP system.

• Consolidate, validate, control and close the payroll calculation.
• Authorize, release and request payment for the payroll calculation.
• Validate, review, control and release the calculation of payments requested by payroll personnel and management of the companies of the MAHLE Mexico group.
• Request to IT the changes in pay scales groups and benefits according to CCT (union collective contracts) negotiations reported by companies of the MAHLE Mexico group.
• Perform tests in SAP payroll system according to changes requested in payroll calculations and/or time evaluation application before releasing into productive.
• Analyze and generate monitoring reports or assessments of taxes and social security contributions reported to IMSS / INFONAVIT / SAT generated by payroll.
• Participate and supervise payroll project activities.
• Ensure with benefits team the correct application of payroll in bank transfer.
• Ensure monitoring and compliance of established payroll processes or flows

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in similar position.
• Knowledge in payroll, HR administration and audits requirements.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is preferred, or can knowledge in another ERP (Oracle, Metacuatro, etc) HR o payroll modules.
• Legal requirements compliance experience (LFT, IMSS, ISR, and STPS).
