MAHLE Comp.Motor (MX) RA1 in Ramos Arizpe, MX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to calculate and update routings, design tooling and equipment, select or design raw materials, and perform feasibility studies and budgets—driving efficient processes that meet customer requirements.

Key duties include providing technical process support, analyzing processing options, redesigning plant tooling to extend life, submitting tooling drawings for validation, and coordinating with Purchasing for supplier

Your Contribution

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for calculate and update routings, design tooling and equipment, select or design raw materials, as well as conduct feasibility studies and prepare budgets—all through efficient process design that meets customer requirements.

Your main activities will be:

• Provide technical support for the processes under your responsibility.


• Analyze options for processing the material without compromising quality.


• Identify, propose, and redesign existing plant tooling to extend service life, reduce costs, and/or improve safety.


• Submit tooling drawings to the Coordinator for Validation.


• Make design modifications as necessary.


• Send tooling drawings and specifications to the Purchasing Department to obtain supplier quotes.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Education: Industrial or Mechanical Engineer (or related field)


• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
