Confidential is seeking a SR Payroll Associate to support LATAM payroll processes for Chile and Mexico. You will register new hires in Day Force in Mexico, manage payroll incidents, bonuses, and deductions, and coordinate with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Merc er/SURA vendors.

You will prepare month-end reports and ensure payroll compliance with Mexican laws. You will collaborate with auditors and vendors to maintain accurate records and timely deliveries, supporting onboarding and benefits

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Accounting, or similar.
• 3–6 years of experience in regional payroll processes, social security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, LFT, and income tax.
• Microsoft Office, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, Day Force system (ideal)
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of Social Security MX Institute INFONAVIT, Mexican labor law, income tax law

Responsabilidades

• Support LATAM payroll processes for Chile and Mexico.
• Register new hires in the DAY FORCE payroll system in Mexico and coordinate related vendor documentation.
• Generate and deliver contracting and payroll-related documents for new hires in Mexico.
• Manage payroll incidents, vacations, bonuses, deductions, and changes in the DAY FORCE system in Mexico.
• Coordinate with vendors and legal entities (IMSS, INFONAVIT, MERCER, SURA, PLUXEE) for compliance and reporting.
• Prepare reports for month-end close and ensure payroll updates align with Mexican legislation.
• Assist with social security registrations and certifications in Chile and Mexico.
