You will assist with service requests, problem resolution, and cost analytics while contributing to HR projects at the country level.

The role emphasizes HRIS familiarity, payroll coordination, onboarding, and data privacy, within a team-driven environment in Mexico City.

Formación

• Experience in operations management and execution.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll processes.
• Understanding of data privacy and employee onboarding best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team in operational conversion of objectives.
• Provide guidance on processes and standards for HR services.
• Handle standard service requests and assist with problem resolution.
• Track service requests and analytics to support productivity objectives.
• Contribute to HR services projects at country or BU level.
