The role involves reviewing payroll, analyzing data, preparing journal entries, generating management reports, and supporting audits. Collaboration with finance and HR teams is essential for process improvements and system upgrades.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance.
• 2-4 years of payroll experience.
• Excellent financial analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze payroll to ensure accuracy.
• Make recommendations based on payroll findings.
• Resolve payroll issues through troubleshooting, researching and communicating with the necessary parties in a timely manner.
• Document resolutions in detail and escrow complex issues when needed.
• Work on projects related to improving processes and upgrading systems.
• Prepare and create journal entries.
• Generate reports with compiled data for management to review and analyze.
• Maintain an understanding of all tax changes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information.
