Qualfon in Mexico City requires an onsite Payroll Assistant to support the accounting team with payroll data collection, verification, and salary calculations. The role involves processing wages, benefits, and related reports, while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in a dynamic outsourcing environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of payroll experience, familiarity with payroll programs, SUA/IMSS movements, and strong data organization skills.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in payroll or similar roles.
• Familiar with payroll programs and daily payroll activities.
• SUA and IMSS movements knowledge.
• Ability to plan and organize work to meet commitments on time.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and identify issues.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the accounting team to collect payroll data and hours.
• Analyze, reconcile, and verify payroll information and benefits.
• Perform payroll calculations and salary computations.
• Develop procedures to ensure data accuracy and historical records.
• Create reports and templates for payroll-related client requirements.
• Identify data inconsistencies and implement audits and controls.
