John Deere in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking a Payroll Analyst to coordinate and prepare payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing. This role partners with Human Resources, Accounting and other shared services to support payroll operations.

The ideal candidate has SAP knowledge and strong Excel skills, understands internal controls, and works effectively in a team to resolve payroll issues and produce monthly and quarterly reports.

• Resolves payroll-related issues and provides guidance to internal and external customers.

• Coordinates and prepares separation payments in line with policy and labor laws.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, or annual payroll reports.

Job Responsibility

• Coordinates and prepares the payroll of employees, works with different areas in a consistent manner for this process, and is responsible for complying with the payroll on time and correctly.


• Responsible for the resolution of problems, support and guidance to internal and external customers on issues related to payroll; works with different areas (Human Resources, HR Shared Services, Accounting,Treasury, Systems, Odessa) for problems resolution.


• Performs various accounting records related to payroll and employee benefits that require knowledge of the Business Unit, Company policy or accounting theory


• Coordinates and prepares separation payments for employees, adherence with Company policy and Labor laws


• Prepares various monthly, quarterly, or annual reports or exhibits.
