Job summary

Global Payments Mexico is seeking a Technical Trainer to shape how customers understand our payment processing products, processes and technologies. You will deliver engaging technical training across products, tailor content to audiences, and drive continuous improvement to ensure meaningful business outcomes.

You’ll build expertise across multiple solutions, deliver clear demonstrations, and foster growth within the training team in a global business environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical or subject matter training to diverse audiences.
• Experience across the training life cycle (analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Strong knowledge of payments, products or technology and how multiple products connect.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to adapt approach for outcomes.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving for moderately complex challenges.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant training certification or proficiency in a second language is a plus.
