JPMorganChase in Mexico City is seeking a Business Analyst Associate within Payment Operations Transformation for LATAM. You will support the delivery of transformation initiatives by conducting end-to-end process analysis and documenting requirements to ensure alignment with global standards.

This role requires collaborating with global teams, applying agile practices, maintaining backlogs, and preparing materials for governance sessions.

Formación

• 2–4 years in business analysis, operations or project delivery with strong process orientation.
• Hands-on experience in operations process mapping and documentation (swim lanes, controls).
• Practical experience in Agile environments and using monday.com and Jira.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex topics into clear deliverables.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Payments domain knowledge and transformation experience in regulated environments (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze end-to-end payments processes, identify pain points and root causes, and support future-state improvements focusing on standardization.
• Elicit and document requirements for process changes, including user stories, acceptance criteria, maps and SOP updates.
• Apply global standards to LATAM initiatives and coordinate with global counterparts to share best practices.
• Support Agile execution activities (refinement, sprint planning, demos, retros) and maintain backlog hygiene.
• Prepare materials for working sessions and governance forums, and facilitate SME workshops.
• Use monday.com and Jira to manage work intake, backlogs, delivery, dashboards and reporting.
