Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out efficiently.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Verify insurance information and assist patients with paperwork.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• Communicate effectively with doctors and staff regarding patient needs.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Help create an exceptional experience for every patient, every visit.
