Solvo Global Careers is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for new patients, attorneys, chiropractors, urgent care offices, and other medical providers. The role coordinates patient intake, collects accurate information, and ensures a seamless onboarding experience.

You will schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, maintaining professional communication and a patient-centered approach

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience communicating with patients and healthcare providers.
• Background in medical reception or scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
