Konnectcx in Mexico is seeking a Patient Care Scheduling Specialist to manage high-volume scheduling for diagnostic imaging in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate with clinicians and patients to ensure timely appointments and a seamless patient experience.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, HIPAA awareness, and a proactive approach to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule 30-40 patients per day for diagnostic imaging using scheduling software.
• Respond to emails and handle administrative tasks.
• Communicate with patients and troubleshoot scheduling issues.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patient privacy.
• Participate in professional development and support other areas of the business.
• Optimize scheduling operations to support business growth.
• Enhance communication skills for patient satisfaction.

Working conditions

• Hybrid Environment (Train onsite - Work from Home).
• Two days off per week.
• Schedules based in US EST/EDT Time.
