Intugo in Guadalajara, Mexico seeks a Contact Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and customers, delivering professional support, coordinating appointments, and guiding inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience.

You will handle high-volume calls, verify demographics and insurance, and uphold service levels while contributing to a patient-centered healthcare service delivery model in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, healthcare, or patient access.

Responsabilidades

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, providers, locations, and procedures.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and registration details.
• Meet performance expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, and service levels.
