Intugo Mexico is seeking a Contact Center Specialist in Guadalajara to serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, and provide explanations of healthcare services and procedures.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. The role is full-time with private medical insurance, food vouchers, and a Christmas bonus.

At Intugo, we partner with a foreign company specializing in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and technology-enabled patient services. We are currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing professional support, coordinating appointments, resolving inquiries, and helping deliver a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, providers, locations, and procedures.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and registration details.
• Meet performance expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, and service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
